5 Reasons Why You Are Skinny And Not Muscular

I’ve been working out since I was 5 years old through martial arts. Plus I started doing hard-core strength and conditioning routines since I was 12. Thus, keeping in shape wasn’t really a problem.

But then again, I meet folks who don’t look the way they want, and whenever they bare their soul, it’s like hearing the same thing again and again. That’s why I am writing this post, if you are:

* Scrawny and feel you can’t transform your body into a strong, muscular, powerful specimen…

* Obese and sense that you can’t count the calories

* “skinny fat” where you have no beefiness, but you’re just lean…

Therefore, I can verify that you are this way because of one of these 5 things:

Reason No. 1: You Don’t Have Particular Understanding

* You don’t know how to build strength.

* You don’t know how to lose fat.

* You don’t know how to eat clean

* You don’t know how to cook, as a result, you barely eat fast food as well as food in a packaged form.

* You don’t know which training program is best.

Knowledge is always the initial step. The primary thing you need to understand is how your body works, how good nutrition and exercise changes the animal – then you realize how to make it do what you want it to do. In your case: change your physique for the better-build muscle and lose fat.

That’s why you’re here. I will give you the understanding you need. Yet it’s up to you to utilize it. Knowledge is NOT power, only APPLIED knowledge is power.

Reason No. 2: You Are Lazy

* You know how to build muscle yet you don’t want to get going.

* You know how to build strength, but you think it’s “too much work”.

* You make alibis like “I don’t have the time!” though you know how to burn fat.

* You know how to eat nutritious, but then it’s easier to eat convenience food and food in a packaged form

I’m a big fan of being what I call unrealistically lazy. That is to say, I look for the very best ways (specialized knowledge) to achieve the extreme results in the minimum time. Thus, I get in, get it done, and stop. You should be WORTHY of the right to be lazy.

You can read every book on the planet about building muscle and losing weight, but if you never make a start on working out and eating healthy then you’ll never achieve ANY results. You have to do something. Don’t be afraid of failure, the most successful people realize that their whole life is one big mistake!

Reason No. 3: You Recognize Yourself As “Skinny” or “Fat” or “Not Muscular”

* You think of yourself as “skinny, fat or not muscular” rather than as what you want to be

* It doesn’t bother you a lot that you’re this way at all

* if you actually cared enough, if it concerned you enough, you’d change

* You’re AT EASE with your look

Being fat or out of shape is considered normal these days. It wasn’t always like this. We used to be hunters and if you weren’t in shape-you were dead-end of story. During the industrial age everyone survived on hard physical labor, everyone was in shape and athletic.

You were considered “sickly” if you were thin and not beefy or laughed at for being flabby. You shouldn’t feel bad about yourself but don’t just say “this is just the way I am”. You can turn out to be whatever you want to become and achieve things you never thought you could achieve if you’re fed up of your present situation and want to change bad enough.

Fourth Reason: You Believe Gaining Muscle and Burning Fat is difficult

* You accept terms like “hardgainer” and relate them to you

* You don’t get results in 2 weeks, so you quit

* You read books and magazines that talk about “battling the bulge” like it’s hard

Building muscle isn’t all that hard. If you’ve always been skinny, try to get strong. Your body MUST adapt by building muscle to help you get stronger. It’s the way your body works.

Losing weight isn’t difficult either. You eat nutritious and you stay vigorous. Anybody who says they can’t get 12 minutes a day 3x per week to go on a diet is dishonest to themselves.

Reason No. 5: You Are Not Persistent Enough

* You haven’t said “come rain or shine”

* You haven’t told yourself “failure is not an option”

* You haven’t made a decision yet that “this is the year I get this sh*t handled!”

To tell the truth, you can build muscle, burn fat, and reshape your body using practically ANY training routine and dietary program. That’s the reason why there’s so many of them out there. The key to success (ANY success) amounts to 2 things:

1. Come to a decision that you’re going to make a start and

2. Carry it out WHATEVER HAPPENS

I used to train with ways I wouldn’t utilize at of the moment. They are not “proper” though it WORKED since I declined to take failure as an alternative. If you too develop the “do or die” attitude, you can pull off no matter what.

I will give you the know-how – or you can get the drift somewhere. I like to believe that I have the fastest, really intelligent, highly effective means to execute it – yet you can obtain the knowledge you need from any person. In addition, you don’t need to be all that “positive” in your thinking. Simply make a decision and find a way to get it done.
